The 2023 Tubatu 8th Ecosystem Conference is one of China’s most influential events in the home improvement and design technology industries, bringing together industry leaders, designers, brand partners, and innovators to discuss the future of sustainable design, digital transformation, and consumer experience. With the theme of connection, ecology, and innovation, the event aimed to foster collaboration across design, technology, and culture within Tubatu’s ecosystem.
As one of the lead visual designers, I created the official conference illustration “Yunhai (Cloud Voyage)”, which was featured prominently at the entrance exhibition area. The artwork visualizes a poetic dialogue between urban architecture and cosmic imagination, blending Shenzhen’s skyline with floating planets, whales, and a rabbit astronaut — symbols of exploration, vitality, and optimism.
My responsibilities included concept development, visual storytelling, digital illustration, and color direction, ensuring that the final work aligned with Tubatu’s brand vision of bridging technology and humanity. The illustration became both a welcoming visual landmark for attendees and a symbolic reflection of the company’s creative future.
Through this project, I learned how visual identity can shape brand atmosphere and audience emotion in large-scale events. It also strengthened my ability to connect strategic branding with aesthetic storytelling, transforming abstract corporate values into an immersive visual experience.
