Role: Event Designer · Planner · Visual Director
Organization: Vanke Meisha Academy (VMA)
Years: 2022 & 2023

The Vanke Meisha Academy Club Day is an annual campus festival that celebrates student creativity, collaboration, and community engagement. Each September, over 30 student organizations—ranging from academic and artistic clubs to sports and social initiatives—present exhibitions, performances, and interactive games to welcome new members.
For two consecutive years, I served as a core organizer and visual designer, leading the design and coordination of event branding, visual materials, and on-site experiences. My main responsibilities included:

The 2022 theme “Footprints” symbolized rediscovery after the pandemic, using autumn tones and kinetic typography to express collective energy. The 2023 theme “Gather” emphasized unity—bringing students with different passions together under the same creative sky.
Through this project, I gained valuable experience in large-scale event design and participatory engagement, learning how to transform a school tradition into a coherent visual and emotional experience. The process strengthened my leadership and design storytelling skills—balancing creativity with logistics to make the event both functional and memorable.
