As part of my internship at Tubatu (China’s largest online renovation platform), I independently initiated and led the Zhuangqitan (装企探) project — a new third-party review app designed to bring transparency and trust into the home renovation industry.
From concept to MVP launch, I oversaw the entire end-to-end product development, including user research, data analysis, UX/UI design, and MVP testing. I conducted 30+ in-depth user interviews and collected 300+ survey responses, translating user pain points into product features such as verified company reviews, user experience sharing, and a fair feedback loop for renovation firms.
The final MVP allowed users to browse company reputations, view authentic client experiences, and provide verified feedback within a unified platform — solving the industry issue of fragmented and unreliable information. This project taught me how to bridge design thinking with business logic, and how to build data-driven tools that improve market transparency and consumer trust.
I am eager to take on new projects, exploring creativity and innovation at the intersection of design, business, and culture.
