Self-exploration is a process of awakening self-consciousness and understanding ourselves. We literally recognize our appearance through the reflection in the
mirror, while Freud's iceberg model helps us dissect our inner self, further aware of our subconscious and unconscious behaviors. Therefore, an iceberg formed by refraction and reflection can effectively facilitate self-exploration. Modeled in an iceberg, I pieced two types of reflective paper into different polygons, allowing participants to learn what self-exploration is during the interactive process.
